BUG: WoC Rocketlauncher mission broken

the terminal in second stage for the first mission for the WoC rocket launcher is currently not spawning the warbot for anyone doing the quest.

I t has done this everytime i try and do the quest, and i have restarted 4 times now. I know one person who was able to get it to spawn tho, bbut please KK insted of fixing this part of the mission just enhance on it, because it seems like a bug that will keep breaking alot =/

5 slots is most common
Doesn't matter really anyway as theres only 3 mods u can put in it that would do anything.
