There are lifts there at the Dome but I cant figure out where to buy an apartment! Smuggler and Shop in Doy skip sectors 4,5&6.

Is this something just to tease me? I really want a Dome apartment...

i bought all in a risky real estate speculation before doy was bombed and will not sell a single unit until the dome is rebuild and prices have gone up dramatically :D
