View Full Version : PE setup- T-C or not
i have a lowtech rifle PE with a sideskill of implant and i was wondering if it is worth the points to invest in tech combat so that i can use the new nanite injectors. any ideas are appreciated
nope, generally the spy nanites a pe can use are below his defensive capabilities with psi.
Yeah, stick with PSI with a PE
They don't have enough points to put into focusing for the higher end nanites anyway.

And regarding high tech weapons, there shouldn't be much difference.
i wanted to try ROG pe since i missed that gun from NC1. but 98 dex ouch not sure if i can reach that much without gimping
Of course u COULD go ion shotgun wich is 97 dex but LOwtech
you just mentioned the 2 guns you actually should go for when you want to pvp as these 2 are the most overpowered ones you can use. e.g. rog on close distance with good aim = dead lotech pe after 3-4 shots.
brilliant, overpowered weapons. lets all delete our xbow pe's and make rog pe's.

Raygun weapons got fixed didn't they? Or they still need a tweak?
Also, dex 98 isn't hard to hit.
DIR, SF, PPR, balance advancer 3, PA3, exp reflex 2.4 and redflash. Or swap the BA3 for a co-ordination advancement for no redlfash.
actually that was yesterday after the latest patch, erm so no they didn't get fixed. they're weaker than on ts (instagimping ppus), but still too strong.
i used a rog and it did way lower damage then my other guns being HL FL
around 3/4 of the damage or so but it is way lower tl
you sure fl and hl did about the same damage? :wtf:
well thanks for all the info, its helps alot! :)
did more damage on HL and fl
hmm tested rog again, same as always, insane damage, sometimes buggy so you don't hit at all, but when you do it hurts. i believe you that hl does more damage as it's a laser, but find it rather weird that the fl did about the same amount :p
fl does damage not per hit but per same time tho cuz it got very good freq
