DAMN GOOD JOB MORROW!!! Only problem is demonoid is a private site ;) and registration is closed half the time and people need to be registered to download the torrents. I can post the torrent download in the forum and see if that works. But NEEED SEEEEDERS :( Oh yea, when i finish, i'll seed this like a mofo....i got 5meg upload so heh no worries for me FIOS>ALL ISPS

Those of u that already have the .exe installer downloaded, start up the torrent, then drop ur .exe in the folder where it's downloading to, see if that will work for seeding.

I'm downloading it now to a 10mbit server i have, I'll keep u updated.

I downloaded the Neocron evo 2.2 1,8gb sized rar file from the two official links posted in http://neocron.jafc.de/showthread.php?t=138447&highlight=download+neocron twice and both times the installer was corrupt.. lmao..

Careful downloading from demonoid BTW. I was messaged by the BSA because I download a file that was wrongly named and happened to be something that they like to arrest people for downloading...

I never really saw the need for a torrent. I ended up downloaded it twice because a certain linux partition editor managed to screw up my RAID layout and ended up losing the 80gb of data which includes the 2.2 installer because I couldn't be bothered burning to DVDR :p. I could have tried recovering it but balls to that. I used the first two mirrors listed, one for each download, and tested out the other four to see what sort of speeds one would get on a slow connection like mine. They all invidually maxed out my bandwidth at about 595kb/s.

PS. Thank god Reakktor have now ditched the rar file on the 10tacle mirror (not sure about the others), I was going to start a thread to bitch about that. There are less painful and similairly newbie-friendly ways of checksumming. :p
