What attribute and skills levels do I now need with the new update as a gentank Heavy Weapons user to use the best Heavy weapons both normal and hightech, what recycle level do I need to recycle the best heavy weapons ammunition and finally what are the requirements to use the epic car reward for the NEXT quest.
Please try to help as soon as you can as I wont be spending any of my skill points until I can be sure that im putting them in the right skills for a gentank HC.
