i seriously doubt you're gonna get any responces from this, the NCPD PA is one of the least used epic rewards, sorry to tell ya :p

They should make it look cool too, like S.T.O.R.M bot armor.

the well know "unused" epic is the TG Epic Granade.... and yes, i use the pa very often with my hc pe on mars.
