I have aquired another PSI ultima, but this time decided not to sell it, but decided to mod something completely stupid with it o_O
My first idea was modding a TL10 heal with it, but i shall let you lot decide what i mod it with, and please make it something i can use, and no rare weapons! I have every class cept APU!
What's wrong with TL10 Heal? As long as you don't lose it, it would be considered a legendary one :p
Holy shelter or tl10 heal would be the most usefull things to use it on tbh
if it really needs to be done now.... i're still a fan of psi-ult TL10's for tanks.a psi-ult shelter is cool for pe's+spys'? psi-ult DB for pe's?
no sence for prims thought, since they dont give ya any advantage. so i thought a heal/s/d/db is your only option for nc2.1.
i would ulti an Absorber on 2.2 thought, so ... keep it up for that.
if you waste an ultima on a DB or heal, I'll punch you in the face!
modding a 5s, TL10 isnt the worst of ideas tho' ;)
Modding a TL25 shelter with an ulti is just daft. Modding a Holy Shelter with an ulti isn't really necessary - a 5 slotter can have arti damage and capping freq isn't THAT hard.
WHS about saving it for some of the new 2.2 stuff sounds like a plan - the top level PPU stuff is made from techs though so shouldn't really need Ultiing.
I suppose a HAB isn't a terrible choice either.

As a ppu, I ultimated my 5 slots holy rez since im using a moveon setup, i poke 115 and i hack 107 (with drugs)....so i needed that spell ultimated to cap the frequency. I think your ultimating needs will depend on what setup you love to play with...
I also ultimated a tl 10 heal for my tank and i think its really good for the frequency. Also, you cannot lose it in a belt and it repairs to 120 all time....good investment.
I was tempted to ultimate a holy group heal as i dont fully cap it without ultima and a moveon setup...though its not the first spell i would ever ultimate.

agree - a moveon steup requires damn good stats on holy spells, rezz shelter and heal are the most useful spells to mod an ultima with.

I'd say the gain is minimal for wasting an ultimate, since with a good PE psi setup you can nearly cap (or cap as my old PE used to) a non-ultimated 5 slotter.

Ah yes, a spy may be handy. But with 2.2 coming up, would it be worth it?
'Tis a shame that we cannot build and mod torches.
It should still have it's non-drop bonus, so sticking it on a TL10 heal isn't really a complete waste. People might still choose to use the lowly TL10 heal because of it. It means they won't need to carry (not to mention first buy) extra nanites too.
Ultimate a tl 25 shelter then drop it :p

Wow, when I did it a while back I got a four slot first time then a five slot second time O_o
Although it did take me about 36 hours worth of mission time to get a 5 slot Jones sword...
