Trying to update TS

ok so i am trying to update the testserver so hopefully one of my new accounts can play but it downloads the patch says the download has been completed and the launcher crashes. Tried about 5 times now and everysingle time it happens. double checked my ini's there all fine so dont know what to do now!

Any ideas?

What patch does it say it's downloaded?
Also does the launcher screen say "Welcome to the Test server?"

One thing worth trying, download the ini file in this post (http://forum.neocron.com/showpost.php?p=2040114&postcount=67), and try again.

okpatch i am trying to DL is 165 and the screen does say welcome to the test server.

I have already edited the ini and didnt work so i am trying to reinstall test server now
