Neptune Characters

Hey, ive noticed neptune is gone, what happened to the people who had characters still on neptune are they able to transfer them to terra or similar?

Old Pandore chars might be transferable, but Neptune ones aren't sadly.

Neptune is the TS at the moment and will be restored with all the characters that were on it once the TS phase has ended.
