yeah I agree with Nidd. It's one of those lil secrets you find out via word of mouth and is passed down from player to player. Kind of like the thingy in the place with all the hobo's in PP (I forget the name of the place. Gosh I haven't played this game for ages). It's a real shame so many sectors in NC aren't used, because there's entire systems of tunnels that some players dont even know about. It's insane.
