Trial Account Question

After reading a few things on the balance forum and not being able to actually test anything with a trial account i have a few questions. If i decide not to stay and want to try it once 2.2 goes live, will there be trial accounts then? What will happen to this trial account?

I would imagine there to be trial accounts for the duration of the game, so no worries there. Your current trail account will probably have run out by the time the balancing patch hits retail if not, then it would just be a case of you patching up to the correct level and start/continue playing the game as normal.
