so should i be bringing high lvl characters, or should i bring along a /35 too?
will the test server have an empty slot to try the low lvl balancing? will low lvl items be available?

If you don't have a neptune char, then send a transfer request for 1 char to the test server. For testing purposes it's probably best to have a high lvl char, but artifact versions of all weapons should be available in the special test server mall

The four test server slots are empty unless you copy a character to one of it.
