click2pay problem

well after a bit if a heated convo with a stupid click to pay bloke they tell me i cant use a switch card nor a solo card to pay for neocron?

it tells me im putting an invalid card number in when i enter the details.

ive been paying with these cards for the past 4 or so years and ive a switch and solo card registered on the c2p account and they are now saying they dont accept them ?

C2p sucks their is 20,000 rants in the forum to complain i got my own as well c2p owes me 9 months of gametime they took from my account and wont admit it i even have bank statment....

Yes, i also have been charged 1 Extra charge, of 1 month time for me tho,

Many e-mails sent,

They asked for a Bank statment(Gave them a HTML one in first statement)-

Ive sent them 4 e-mails asking for an adress to send it to , or if i can FAX them it...

They wont respond. i even CC'd a few to accs@nc, but no luck

This has happened to me - switch card that was supposedly invalid. I was told it should've been accepted :rolleyes:

I would recommend the paybycash/paypoint method if you don't have a credit card, it's easy as monkeys.
