As has already transpired in a few threads, we want to remove the hard caps to guarantee that skill increases always provide an improvement.

Seems like your hopes (and mine) just got shot to shit. Every point will count, so either you have all your skills spent for pvp, or you will suck at it.

hehe here is to hoping 2.2 will bring not near as much specilization as there have to be atm It's gonna be all about specialisation, but there will be a lot more variety (hopefully). Cookie cutter setups are out of the window without caps

We still don't know if they will, it depends on the amrour/imps situation. Just because the caps are removed, doesn't necessarily mean the dmg/time they get will fully justify their lower defences.

We'll find out in a few days anyway.

how can you overcap 4 chars to make them uber :/ i aint got the time for that :p prob just overcap killer..ppu aint even capped as it is.. but she does fine.. other pe is just for fun and my spy.. wasn't ever capped in all nc2 days relommed way to much to ever get her to cap. dun care eighter way.

No no. The dmg caps on weapons are removed. So like in NC1 there's variation in setups.
