Transfer money in game

How can i transfer the money in Neocorn from player to player?
If player offline, can i transfer money to him?

You can transfer money one of two ways. You can either go through another runner that is online or have a clan and put money into it and take it out on another character.

No way can you like "mail" or self-transfer, just like when you tradeskill, you probably can't do even half of it on your own.

Yeah you cannot mail items or transfer money like you do in World of Warcraft.
