Since they changed it you can only kill npc's. Supose they got tired of people going to TH and paying someone 10k to kill em.

Whas the only reason some people removed theyr LE's aswell.

Yah, my rifle spy was the only one of my chars to ever get a kill properly. That was back in the days when F12 was a busy levelling zone too mind, so it wasn't hard.

At the time i whas doing the mission on my characters they where never high eanough to stand a chance in a fight. And ofcourse everyone whas busy zonewhoring MB.

I tried to do a few epic kills properly soon after the epics came out. I managed to do it in Saturn without paying no troubles by doing them in PP1. I had a much harder time on Pluto when the population was lower (similar to terra's daytime population at the moment), I think I spent about 4 hours one day searching around for someone to gank in the right faction and then gave up and parted with 75k.
