Cant Create Char

Whats with the new bug,I cant create new char's because it says that it could not connect to char managment server or something.Is there something wrong with the server or my comp,i had never had this problem.

Looks like the server is having problems at the moment, hence why there is a sticky saying that the server is going down for server maintenance :)
