Why the hell do i need a Tsunami const license if its a Tangent FDB item?

every DB item needs diffrent faction license, why? dunno, encourages player trading i guess.

I agree. It is utterly daft.

The only reason I can think of is that it encourages TSU runners to hack TT's DB, and thus get antis raiding and enemy runners to encounter each other.

Its more to do with the fact that the SRI is ALSO a TSU database item. A similar thing occurs with the research glove - PP and FA databases, FA liscence. Wherever an item is in two DBs (which is far from entirley illogical), the anti-city lisence is the one required.
