I did but mouse keyboard an sutch just reads as generic usb units... Rather weird since theyr not pluged in the USB port.
If you go to your user page you can change those. Look at mine, 'cheap piece of junk' for a keyboard. (they tend to get broken somehow)

I Bet if everyone that played NC Ran Xfire whenever they played, we could get on the top 10 list on the Xfire site. Would be much needed attention for NC.
Some of you might have noticed (and some have o_O) I'm racking up the hours on Neocron quite a bit. Been idling with it almost 24/7 since the 'neocr2' item was added to the database to hopefully do just that.
Neocron 2 won't be on the Top 10 list any time soon sadly.
#10 - Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne - 1,070,934 minutes = 17848.9 hours = 743.704167 days = just over 2 years of combined playing time. Neocron has quite a lot of catching up to do. :rolleyes:

Yeah, and I bet that includes Unreals afk'athon too.
Neocron really does have a small player base compared to a LOT of other online games, but this is by design. Having a smaller community means you know who you can and can't trust to rep/res/cst your stuff. It also give the ability to form real rivalries, either with clans or individual runners. Playing a game like Guild Wars, you're lucky if you bump into the same person twice in one week. Neocron will never show up on a chart like that, it's just not meant to.

Oh yea unreal holds the most dedicated gamer spot atm. Hed already clocked 120 hours by wednesday lol.
Seeing all you guys on my XFire with the little nc2 logo by your name has some kind of subconcious effect.
It makes me think the servers are actually populated, heh. Lovin' it.
It's disappointing to see that about half of the "Friends of friends playing" seems to say World Of Warcraft or Counter-Strike though. They should be told to play Neocron. :(

Just an addendum to me posting my username, if you're gonna add me to your list then I either need to know who you are from the game/forum when you send the invite or I need to check your profile out so I can see you play NC. I seem to get spammed with invites by people who just want a big friends list. :wtf:
I've declined a lot of invites now cos I had no idea who the hell they were and they didn't play NC. Hope I haven't offended anyone on the forums by by doing so. I'm actually happy enough to have a huge list of NC players even if I don't know them yet and even if they don't play every single day.

I just bought a bunch of games off ebay including the Fallout collection and am enjoying playing Tactics for the first time in ages. :) Also, I've recently started a new Start Wars book that I'm having genuine difficulty in putting down.
But yeah, you're right, I do need to visit NC more.

Yesterday I was going to reactivate my account again, but after filling in the form and trying to guess my Click2Pay password from several passwords I usually use for billing related stuff, it looks like my Click2Pay account is now using some random password I don't know of. Needless to say, I ended up locking my account, lol. :( Hopefully it won't be long before Click2Pay unlock it.
PS. My Xfire robot (currently named Bryan in accordance with its full project name) has only just reached the 1000 hours mark of Neocron idle time too. :rolleyes: Bah, if only you could erase games or hide them from the list. Continuum is on there from when I first created the account and logged in using the official Xfire client before writing my initial code. Filthy. :mad:

Anyway, speaking of games. If only we could time travel to June 2007 and bring back a copy of Bioshock. Not long to go though before Alan Wake gets released. Looks to be the new Silent Hill. Hopefully it won't be disappointing, graphics are sexy though. :D Now that's something to drool over, instead of Heavyporkers preference of some shit scared skinny bloke on a mechanical tiger. :p
