Had bit of a search thru forums, just wondering if its an instant red card still if we make new skins for the game ? do we still have to get carnage's permission ?

you cant mod the game at all anymore, and i beleive Carnage left. :(

Highly doubt it, so I definitely wouldn't change anything other than the contents of the few INI files you're allowed to modify unless you can live with the consequences. :)
