When I try to log on to Neocron I keep getting this error message saying Account not Found. Check your SP. what does it mean?

if it says sp you have spelt your user name wrong

I dont think the username is Case sensitive tho, maybe wrong

the PW maybe, but not username. i've had capslock on countless times when i log in cause of auto-run.

Yeah, the password is case sensitive but the username isn't. You sure you haven't just added an extra space to the end of the username? Although, I have experienced that very same problem a few months ago. Details were 100% correct but received the exact same error. Worked the second time I clicked on 'ENTER' though, without even editing the details.
