IP problem

Hello, Ever since I downloaded the demo of prey, I've had this problem.

When I connect to the net, my IP appears to be 0.0.0.0

When I load up IE, "page can not be displayed"


Anyone help ?


btw I'm using my 4th install of windows here, I don't want to carry on using this as I have to find ALL my Cd keys for my games :(

so if you can help me with my problem, I'll be able to sort out my net !

Maybe a dodgy network cable? - also check if it's a crossed cable or not.
No DHCP server (automatic IP)?

I have automatic set.

My cable seems to be fine since using my new install of windows, I'm able to talk to you guys
