Why does every other site in the world sends you a new password the second you hit teh submit button for one, but KK likes to have you wait for 2 hours before sending you a password?

years ago. The service is slooooow. Funny too since my ten day trial is up today. Not a good way to show care now KK.

As already stated in the forum anouncement we are experiencing problems with our login database. Please be patient and watch the forum anouncements for further info updates.

The issues with the login server have now been resolved (announcement.php?f=2&announcementid=294). As stated please contact account@neocron.com for further assistance with game account related issues.
