In-game Neocronicle?

Is it just me, or does Neocronicle on the Citycom's never work? It always just says -topic- in the title bar, and -content- in the main text area. There's also a few other things that never work for me like this, but the Neocronicle thing not working is my biggest bitch.

It doesn't seem to work for me either and I don't think it's used any more, as the magazines are available out of game.

Ah...hmm. I figured they would have used them still, as I recalled being able to use them months ago, but whatever, its not a big deal.

TBH, NC needs an ingame browser.

Ingame browser with lite versions of the web conicle, votr and forums would be very nice.

Would also allow things like nc.syn and the THN raredb to have a lite ingame browseable site.
