Crashing when using City Terminals

I am sure this has been addressed before, but I couldnt find a thread. I crash nearly every time I attempt to access a City Com. Any tips on avoiding this?

I can only remember in BDoY beta when the missions were bugged and it would crash if you tried to take one. We were just advised to leave alone until further notice. I don't know of any other bugs though.

From my experience it crashes every play session.
In one session i can use it repeatedly for an hour before it FRE's, in another play session it died as soon as i click to open to neoterm.

I doubt this is at all helpful but its how i experience neoterm generally.

I do have a high ping, not much I can do about it due to sattelite.
