I’d like to see some increases for specific mobs at certain times of year (possibly with a decrease to others). We could have many more fire mobs around during the summer as it would be ideal weather for them to be breeding, and perhaps the swamp areas increased in spring or maybe autumn. It would all just mean a few extra spawn zones activated at certain times of the year and, if we wanted it a little more complex, if there was a heat wave one summer the fire mobs could start expanding into other zones that they have never been documented as occupying before. The heat wave could even cause some of them to be a bit more powerful and a bit meaner. If these mobs began to populate sensitive areas then the factions could start posting “Population control” missions with much higher rewards than usual. This could all be tied into a nice storyline quire easily even if there was already a different, more long term, storyline in effect.

In a similar vien I had an idea of moving mobs/npcs. Like a munch of smugglers that roam the wastes, in a different zone each day.

Alas apparently this isn't quite wintin the game mechanic' capabilities yet, and making mobs/npcs move about (like copbots) as pain in the arse.
