28.09.06 - NC2 Birthday

Every Runner can take part once at this competition. Topic of this competition is to write an anecdote about the best, the most beautiful experience at a special place in the world of NC, which happened to you sometime somewhere in the last 2 years in Neocron 2. Important is, that this anecdote should be something special, others should like/love it. The most beautiful 3 anecdotes per server will be come ingame via NPC at this special place and will be awarded.

Following things should be noticed, means have to be send within to contest@reakktor.info (subject:anecdote competition) :
which server related
character name, from which this anecdote is
current Account- & Charactername
Reallife Name
eMail Adress
Forumsaccount
anecdote in a *.txt file, maximum 5 kilobytes (no .doc,rar,zip or others!).
The file should be named as: server_charname.txt !

All participant who won´t notice this, won´t take part at this competition!
Participants will be announced here in this thread step by step (charnames).

After the Deadline (16.09.06) all sent in anecdotes will be announced online (forum or webpage) and the community will have to vote for it, so we will have 3 winners per server at the 28.09.06. The awarding will be the weekend after this.

Prizes:
1.) WoC 3 PA + Gold Cup
2.) Master Hunter Trophy + Silver Cup
3.) Copbot Trophy + Bronze Cup

And of course, an ingame event will be announced later :)

To be honest you will only win a USELESS PA if you do this event so why bother ??

I know this is not very nice from me but you should make some attractive prices. In this event, the best price is the 3rd one, and the 1st one is the worst.

All this to ask you to make these WoC 3 PA4 become WoC 3 PA 3 if the winner like it.

I've forever regretted not doing the poetry/short story thing a while back where the winners got immortalized with their own NPC-clone. I know I'd have won without a sweat, but damn, too busy!

Chenoa... I have to ask: I have no interest in a WOC PA, but if I win first place, can I have a copbot trophy + masterhunter trophy + gold cup instead of WoC PA?

If I ever take place in PVP again, I want to to do it without having neon signs on me flashing and telling everyone to point their guns at me.

In my personal oppinion the WoC PAs should be reserved for combat and PVP event prizes. I'll have a go at writing my own little something for the heck of it :)

Also, wouldn't the copbot trophy be better as the 2nd prize? a master hunter is availiable in the game normally, the copbot one isn't.

Actually, DJ, the first master-hunter trophy (that requires cavespider queen trophy) cannot be acquired normally on Terra.

But seriously, I only enjoyed 1 neocron BD back in NC1...I feel We need something like double XP, we've stayed long enough, I feel we may deserve it.
