I keep getting errors at click2pay.. does this mean I have to actually call them?

I mean, ya, extra effort, fine, I can do that but new customers must be getting turned off like mad atm if that's the case?

check under my account on the launcher page if the options aint there it is best to ring them rather than e-mail.

What happens is that I go through everything until the NC2 page sends me to the click2pay page. Then, when I click pay now, I get an error message.
