Irregular ammount of crashes?

I mean, how many time do you people (yes YOU people :p ) really crash? I've really been getting alot of crashes latley and im not sure why. I use a radeon 9200 im not sure if its outdated or just not very compatible with neocron. What setups do some of you have that you dont get alot of crashes?

got nc on a seperate HDD which I keep in a good shape (defrag) - same counts for the swapfile. Apart from that, a mediocre system: 3000+ GF6800GT/GS, 1 gig corsair ddr2, sata-II discs.

When my free mem hits 50, I exit and reopen the game, if it goes anylower I fatal. Its pretty bad since it goes down every hour or so ._.
