Would it be better to go with high tech rifles or low tech?

If you are a spy ( not private eye) go with High tech, you have enough dex skill points to play around.... low tech weapons are somewhat less restrictive while making good setup but do less damage. If you planning on participating in PvP, high tech weapons are the way to go.

Spy or PE?
If you are a spy, hitech, no question.
If a PE, lowtech has its advanatages but HT has more variety for levelling and can acheive higher damage output (at the cost of drugging and resists) at the top end)
