NC: how much does it cos?

I tried to get a friend into NC, but he said he couldn't find out how much it cost on the web page. I thought it a bit odd, so had a look myself and cannot see the monthly fee printed anywhere.

Are we both blind? (I wouldn't be surprised / can't see the bloody wood for the trees)

Does anyone have a link?

How do you change your monthly plan is it through the NC account or do i have to go use Click2Gay?
