Is 180 hc enough to cap a CS? Also is 180 mc enough to cap the POB?

Id check myself but my acct expired and ill renew it later this week.

Is it really? I took a peek at tank setups at the database at ncsyn and most tanks had around 220 or so. Why would they have so much if it all would cap at 180?

Once upon a time H-C tanks were required to get every single point in H-C to cap their guns (aiming). KK changed the influence of skills on the weapon stats at one point, which made such high H-C skills useless. In the wake of that change you could finally make viable hybrid tanks, something which was pretty hard/impossible to do before that (I tried ...).

They may have lowered the capping point, but the big change for H-C damage was the influence of Weapon Lore. I believe pre-change it was 15% WEP, 85% HC. Now I believe it's 35% WEP, 85% HC.
