I had to cancel my account because no money was in bank and i am getting it transfered now but..Is there a way to e-activate my account ? and will i have my stuff and lvl etc. still?

Go to the launcher and click MY ACCOUNT (or click here) (https://ssl.neocron.com/launcher/auth.php?LANG=&IP=&PORT=&VERSION=&file=accountinfo.php) . Log in with your username and pass and you should see a "Reactivate Account" option.

As long as it was nc2 you were playing then everything shoould be the way you left it.
