Has anyone got NC running under Wine? (I'd be surpised if it worked.)

With a fine French white I was just able to, I tried an Italian red but it didnt work :(

Nope it dosen't no matter how hard i tried it just wouldnt run....


















I couldn't even get it out the box without removing the wine first.

Was a thread before and someone in there stated that he had got nc2 working in linux, but he didn't want to tell anyone how, he just told them to try to find a solution themselves. I wish I had linux installed atm so I could help you out, but I'm not going to mess up my systemdrive atm. Hope you'll find a solution and actually share it :lol:

It used to work under NC1 but I couldnt get past the logon and
the fonts didnt display. The fonts display under NC2 but I cant
get it past the logon screen.

You wont get it running under Wine AT ALL. Most of it runs
under WineX. There may be a way to modify the parameters
through the configuration file or through the Cadega GUI.

Search for Cadega, but I must warn you. It is not free and
you wont have any luck. Its a real shame - I have to duel
boot :(
