Probably better off ordering it in the US and getting it shipped to the UK.
It does astound me how much they are asking us to pay for it, the latest consoles are allways as relitively 'advanced' as each other (as in NES - SNES - N64 - Cube), so I do wonder if they are just thinking that they know we will buy it regardless of the price tag.

Sony knows it's market. The downgraded (20Gig HD, no Wifi, no HD-Vid) will not be sold in the uk (and other "rich" countries)
