Maybe in the future.

Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far away...

If anything, we need to visit Tokyo II yet i think although they dont like us - i dont think the combined population of Neocron and the Dome care, we want more land [/angry farmer]

More local wastelands would be nice too.

To remain inline with the timeline and ingame clock, great trek won't arrive for another 4-5 years real time.

Yep, let's discover the remains of the planet Earth first, before we set our controls to the rest of the Galaxy.

Im thinking Tokyo II would kick our arses since theyr on a mutch higher technological level than us. And most likely know alot more about the world before WW3.

One wheres your basis for the fact they have more knowledge than neocron and doy, especially as we hold the WoC disc's they do not.

Second, We redeveloped space travel far sooner than them, infact they may not have redeveloped it yet.

As the 2630 expedition found out, their scientific achivements match our owns without having access to the Ceres Discs. How they managed it remained unclear and the expedition was forced to leave shortly after they arrived. Obviously, the Tokio II leaders feared that we could discover the source of their technology.

I say it's crystal clear that Tokio II infiltrated Neocron, and probably the Dome too, with geneticaly improved asian super spy hookers!

he who shoots them at sight.

The neocron timeline

After twelve years of dedicated work a flying vehicle which is able to break through Earth's atmosphere and travel outside its orbit is at the city's disposal – for the first time in 480 years. A select crew is sent to the newly discovered metropolis. They are amazed when they learn that the city boasts a high level of development both technologically and culturally. Just like that of Neocron, the protective dome of Tokyo II is based on a sophisticated magnetic shield. But the two shields also prevent radio communication between the cities. The Asians react rather coolly to the foreigners and are not interested in any further contact with the western world. Thus, the crew is unable to learn how the inhabitants obtained the old world knowledge. After just a few days’ sojourn in Tokyo II, the crew are awakened by soldiers one morning and escorted to their spacecraft. Without having accomplished much, the envoys return to Neocron. After they have reported to the Psi Monks, the latter decide to ignore Tokyo II and to concentrate on the space travel program instead.

It is very mutch posible that a larger quantity of Tokyo's population and infrastrcuture survived WW3 due to its protective shielding that other city's didnt have. Theres no direct mention of them being more highly developed but neither is there any of the contrary. Due to the fact that they have atleast the same level of technological evolution as Neocron and DOY, it is likely that they had been able to pick up from theyr previus technological level while Crahn and Thor where still hiting eachother over the heads with club's (please note that this is a metaphor as theres no mention of the weaponry exisitng prior to the discovery of the ceres disk's).

Personally, although Irata and Tokio are interesting, I don't think now is the time for a whole new city or for a whole new world.
I would like to be able to visit Red Terra II though.
