How many did you build then? And you could have got a 5 slot almost straight away if you used a slot enhancer. ;)

Slot enhancers are still around? At the rate these things were slotting, I would have needed.. umm about 10 illegals.

Oh I built about 300 of them. :o
Good thing was though, I made about 2.5 mil nc in the process, so it worked out fine.

There droped by the mobs in DOY tunnels. 0.9 on the first level, 1.5 on the second level and illegals on the third level.

I think ultimas are dropped on the third level aswell but not 100% sure on that ive never looted one.

What's the drop rate like on the illegals? And what do they sell for? I bet it wouldn't be worth it to use one in anything other than >TL100 stuff.

Dont know what the drop rates realy like, i tend to die quite quickly when i get down to the third level :D . Have no idea at all on the retail value but i hope there expensive ive got 5 ....lol

There's a dude on terra that has an ultima or 2 for sale every few days. So they definitely are dropping yeah.

The drop rate for ultimates is similar to what WoC disks used to drop like

It's much higher, the only problem is that only 1 mob type in there drops them
