Driver Quest?

Well im following the guide on http://nc.synergyxr.net and im trying to find the Construction Facility but my navi just sends me to this shop with 3 people and i cant find the Construction Machine to put in the Replacement Part, what am i doing wrong :(

Ahh, I saw you ask on help but I figured someone helped you cause you stopped asking. That facility is in Pepper Park 3, but the navray script is screwed up and if you are in Plaza 1, 4, or Viarosso 1, it leads to that wall. Just head to plaza 3 or Pepper Park 1 and then start the navray and it will lead you to the actual location in PP3.
