[OT] Dance mat and Adaptoid...

Hi, I'm a dance mat'a holic now and own a £90 dance mat for my PS2.
I've seen that the xbox has a few titles for the dance mat, but I don't wanna buy another mat since I've got my "Dance floor".

Would an adaptoid make it 100% work on my xbox?
for the dancing xbox games?
