What did this patch do?

removing anti buff from apu and set damage boost requirements to 131 ppu, 56 mst and 56 psi

....and removed stealth 3 from spies and gave it to tanks instead. Monks can now use the obliterator

I'm writing this post in stealth mode. Can you see me? No. Can you SH me? No. Point proven :p

Besides, We all know what this patch does. It gives any characters owned by me an enourmous package ;) check the precache time on those 9 inches :p
