Serious Issues

You may remember my post from a while back which was about the switch from Paybycash to Click2Play thing. Anyway i just recieved a word from the Neocron support team. The fun part is that i did create this account for Click2Play, however they switched it to Paybycash without my approval. 8|

I just got word back that the account was created with PayByCash. We cannot
switch these accounts to Click2Pay unfortunately. The only ones we can switch
back and forth are the accounts created with Click2Pay originally.

i think u should edit ur 1st post and remove you game account name.

i know i wouldnt ever post any of my game account names on a public forum


i take it u will not or cannot use paybycash to pay for ur accounts.
if u really wanna start playing maybe explore all the payment options that pbc offer if you havent already done so.

I've gone thrue every payment option Paybycash offer, and i don't like any of em. I want it simple, using a creditcard with other words.

Im sure you wouldnt choose the payment method which you cant use to create your account.

And its happened to me before, was the reason my account was inactive for a month or so, C2P said i was using PBC :rolleyes:
