I'm trying to do the next epic, for the 1st mission i just have to talk to a director of operations in Via 1. So i did and then the human resource guy is telling me i didnt do it yet.. this epic bugged?

you need to talk to mason (next hq) before reporting back to the HRD

I think the epic is bugged on mission 4. The guy in el farid wont give me the blueprint for the drug i need to finish the mission.. whats up?
