last night i was being hit with a xbow and normal it would rip the shit out of me but last night it was only doing 20 to 40 damage to me or is it my uber set up lol

You can't use an XBow at rank /30 - Even if druglimits were pushed up and you had a whole stack of +100's

but 100 dex, 50 int, 0 str/con/psi is /30 so actually you could get it higher than i said =)
