It seems CA PA wasnt brought into line with the other textures for PA.

Look at it compared to Camo PE PA for example.

change models for the NCPD armor and remove the str req so monkies can wear it too ^_^

CA PAs are quite good in PVP since nobody can tell the difference between the armor and a rusty box :rolleyes:
