Also, PvP is part of what "normal" people do in NC. Not everybody, everyday but its still a regular part of peoples NC lives.

Are you an NC player?
Then fire up the launcher, click the "my account" button, then log in and tie this forum account to your game account at the option. Then you'll be able to read it.

I'm not a Neocron member, but I would like to very badly. It's just that my parents dont trust giving out personal info over the web, so I cant play. I'll be 18 in two years, dunno if I can wait that long or if Neocron will even still be around then. Until then, I'll just daydream I guess.

umm, you don't need to give out personal info to play neocron. Just use pay by cash and send in cash.

Also, in some countries you can get a Visa Electron card from your bank which functions just like a normal Visa except you cant hit a negative number ( say -14$ on your bank account) this can can be aquired at the age of 16 (At least in Denmark) and can be used to pay with over the internet.

If that aint an option take a look at PBC's site, they offer a lot of payment plans so you might be able to find something you can use.

Anyone have anymore Neocron movies? I'd love to see more of the fighting system, outposts, clans, etc. I liked the Wastelands video, gives me a good idea of the scenery.

Were any of these videos made with Neocron 2.1? I would love to see the improved graphics in action.

Also, in the Wastelands video, I saw alot of "Synchronizing". Is that another word for "loading", or does the game just randomly do that from time to time? If so, how often?

With regards to synch - yeah, it is the loading message between zones, but erm yeah, it does happen to you at random (although for most people VERY rarely).

Tempst PvP (http://www.jackdiehl.com/tempest-neocron2pvp.avi) - Early NC2 op-warring and some ancient NC1 duels.
Enemy at the Gates (http://mb.us.to/neocron/movies/SWAT_widescreen_final_divx_fixed.avi) - A fanstically edited op-war/storyline vid (in german). Shame the fighting isnt so thrilling.
NC.SXR's (Neocron's TOP resource site) video of the day (http://nc.synergyxr.net/votd/) - Keep an eye out on stuff here, Especially for Gazette Production 1 - simply the best op-war video out there. Unfortunantley I couldnt find a direct link for you.

Guess you were in my position...I gave in and asked my friend to play aswell and I paid him and he used his mom's credit card...

I wish I could do that, which I normally would. But having heard people having payment problems from both C2P and PBC, I wouldnt feel right if something happened to his credit card and I was to blame because of a videogame.
