Modding The HUD?

I have come accross some screenshots that have a diffrent color on the HUD then my standard is.

Is there a way to change the color of the HUD?

I haven't come across any myself so I thought I'd ask

You're not allowed to change the hud. It's exploiting and people using modded huds should get banned. Mostly nothing happens though, KK don't really care about that. Where to get another hud, i got no clue. :)

The only thing you can do is change the colors with /set gfx_hudcolor 0..9

i think, there is a ini file where you can edit your own color in the ini dir of NC

ACtualy, you can do more that just /set gfx_hudcolor
There is a file called rposcolor.ini in \neocron\ini where you can change all the individual colours. Alternativley, there are a few programs out there to aid you in your tweaking. Actually changing any of the graphics is not allowed under the RoC however. (altering any game files except for .inis is prohibited and bannable)

hmm maybe I gave this thread a bad name :P

I wasn't acctualy meaning a "mod" for the HUD just the change colors and such.

or do changing the colors of the HUD also count as an exploit?

As I said, you can tweak rposcolor.ini to your hearts content.

Okay i've tried out the gfx command and found some that I did like and some I didn't like among them.

Now I wanna try out edditing the rposcolor.ini (that was allowed right?)

I've looked around for guides on it but haven't found any.
Can someone post a link to one perhaps?

That's a nice tool to change the RPOS. It's got a picture where you can see how it's gonna look ingame.
Plus some other neat little things. And it's officially allowed to use.
