Once propositions are more focused and we've had our say about certian stuff there will be a test server to ensure everything is good and proper from the balance forums before it hits the retail servers.

Give it a while yet though, i think the picture will be greatly enlarged before we get to play with the changed stuff.

There is a closed test server, and has been for quite some time. There will be an open test server as 2.2 nears release.

But as for the test seRver, none as yet.... just keep waiting.
