weaken low-tech weapon.
change hightech so technical combat is a MODIFIER not a base requiermnet
the spy can afford to spec extra technical combat and stick to the high end weaons including the xbow but a pe woudlnt beable to squeze out the high end damage and would mostly stick to lower damage lowtech weapons
soooo... what you think
also gives tanks a reason to spec more in technical giving them the choice to put less in lore and maby some in hack or other int based activites
this is for the new blancing but i coudlnt think where it would fit in best in the other fourms
if you dont like it explain why cos i may just be missing a big problem with it
