Two questions.

1- What is the best program out there to setup up a character? With the most accurate con values etc etc.
I don't want to hear that it's all changing soon so there's no point in making a new one either :p

2- How long does it take for an account activation email to come through for nc.synergyxr.net website?
I've been waiting a good few hours, I want to post some shit on the setup database. Won't psot here because it's just fancy on the synergy site :D

With neoskiller, it seems all the setups I make for a no SA Judge PE (even setups based on ones I've taken from other peoples setups) seem absolutely wank, even with 125 in fire/xray/energy and some in poison, around 450HP etc etc.

Some differences with NS and NC Skill Manager Advance -

SKill Manager doesn't show the same armor values as NS does, even with the exact same setups.

I have +38 points in body health in NS and I only have +28 in SM.. Setups exactly the same..

SM doesn't have Nightspider or Dolinskin.

With the body health difference, I've taken ten points off the SM setup in con and put and extra ten points in body health, which doesn't even give me the same figure as the NS setup, (ok it's a few points out but-) this gives me no points in poison resist.
Also note the difference in PSI power with the same setups - even with the + 5 from Nightspider (including -15 from redflash, used in both setups) it still doesn't add up accurate compared to eachother.

I'm not asking for a complete 100% perfectly accurate program, that's what trial and error is for, but I'd like to know which one is more accurate. I'll post the setup on both programs. Look at the armor values on both setups, EXACT same points as you can see.

It would seem clear that NS is the obvious choice, but like I said, using other setups made on here based on others, they seem a bit wank really.

Im only using neoskiller as a means to see what I can and what I can't use, becuase it has working restriction and such. Your setup seems cool, I dont see the whole picture, but try drugs, noPA setups, different psi buffs maybe a gaya ;) I wouldnt use a exp bali, but its also how u feeling confident taking drugs etc

@ Thrill - I just spent 16-20 hours lomming my char on Terra, lost a lot of levels and accidently gave him a totally wank setup :p

This is due to the fact that the true formulas are not known. Neither is 100% accurate, however neoskiller seems to have more accurate results in comparison to actual game results.

Try and find flip points in NF, and use neoskiller to make sure you use your points to the maximum.

Finding flip points doesn't really work, since the game doesn't show decimals.
