hey,when i try to log onto my account(through the launcher) to pay for the account again,it will not log on,and i cannot get my other account's password reset e-mail to send succesfully

Yeah i noticed the same prob last night also. Seems the web based account management area of the launcher is a bit screwed up.

You put in the user name and password click on "login" and nothing happens, it just resets the form. But if i put in my user details incorrectly it shows the error message telling me i have used one of my 5 attempts to login.

Yes I got the same problem I just sent an email off to Neocron accounts. I wanted to reactivate one of my accounts and nothing is happening. I hope there hasn't been a wipe of inactive accounts.

There's been no wipe. We look to be experiencing some email server issues.

yes same problem, cannot login account on webpage, on launcher,
modified password but did'nt received mail with the new one
--> mail to account support (got the acknowledge)

On a side note its good too see the account reactivation process is up and running again.

heh, The guy cant really log onto his acc much either - Btw his is one of the accs i am trying to get unbanned
